It’s pretty easy to overstate how much home they have in a given neighborhood, but it is the owners themselves who are most responsible for determining how much a home is worth. If you are a home-builder or home-builder-owner, you can take that problem and apply it to a partnership. You can partner up with the local home-builder or home-builder-owner and finance the expansion together.
