The developers’ answer is that you are just trying to get at the problem but they dont have the time to think about it. If you only want to get at the problem then you are going to need to get at the solution and not just think about it.

The developers have to program, so you are just trying to get the solution. The same for programmers. You have to give them an answer.

The programmers are probably the most important part of any program. You should hire them, and you should think about hiring them, but you should realize it is your job to hire programmers. So if you dont want to hire a programmer, you should not hire a programmer. If you want to hire a programmer, then hire a programmer.
