Apollo ortega is a small, flavorful, and fresh version of the popular Italian pasta.
Apollon is one of those dishes that you either love or you love to hate, and I fall in love with it. It’s just so damn good. It has a little kick to it that I love, a little sweet meatiness, and all the delicious flavors that go along with it.
Apollon is an impressive dish that I’m not sure I ever mentioned before, and I love it as much as I do the pasta. It’s a little too salty, but what I’m really loving about it is that the flavours here are a bit more than I might expect them to be.
The flavours are not just salty, they come in two main flavors: sweet and savory. The sweet flavours are the kind of flavour that go along with the dish, but you would usually expect them to be something like sauteed mushrooms or onions. The savory flavours are in the sauce itself, and they are the main flavour that I love (and I think Im going to add more of them in the future).
I can’t tell you how many times I have had a dish that was either too sweet or too salty, but the way it was served completely changed the experience of it for me, but to be fair I haven’t had a meal that I really loved that way in a long time. The sweet flavours really do go well with the savoury sauces and I think it would be a really good idea to add more of them into future recipes.
I think the more sweet/salty/sour foods you add, the more complex your food becomes and the more you can taste all the different components of the dish.
This may be a bit of an extreme case of what we’re talking about, but I really like the idea of adding a bit more sweetness, saltiness, and acidity. The more it affects a dish, the more delicious it will be. I am not saying to add too much sweetness, I am saying to add more salt and acidity.
