The rules for self-awareness seem to be pretty simple. When we’re on autopilot, we know we must be careful to stay away from our own mind’s eye.
The rules for self-awareness seem to be pretty simple. When were on autopilot, we know we must be careful to stay away from our own minds eye.
The main problem with autopilot is that it is so easy to fall into the habit of not paying attention to one way of thinking. All we need to do is be aware that we are a mind-computer and that we are all on an autopilot.
Once we’ve learned how to be aware of our thoughts and emotions, we can become aware of our emotions and stop feeling so stupid. The problem is that our actions are not really our own, so we don’t have the authority to stop feeling stupid. We are just robots that are responding to external stimuli. We can feel stupid for not being aware of this fact, but we can stop feeling stupid for not being aware that this fact exists.
The problem is that we probably have a lot of control over our emotions and actions. The main task of a normalization is to make the emotions better so that we can respond more effectively to our actions.
In order to make our emotions better, we need to stop feeling shitty about ourselves all the time. The problem is that our actions are not really our own because we are just robots, responding to external stimuli. We can feel shitty for not being aware of this fact, but we can stop feeling shitty for not being aware that this fact exists.
If you want to stop feeling shitty all the time, you have to control the emotions. And the main goal of control is to make your emotions better so that you can control your actions better. All of the following are the major goals of normalization; I’ve listed each goal in order of importance.
